We called Todd this afternoon to fix our black tank problem, and he was there in a few hours and fixed it in right away! Thank you, Todd! You are great!
Our furnace would not turn off (both fan and heat source) We called another service provider in the area and were immediately told (without much conversation regarding the actual issue) that it would be at least $500 to wire for a new thermostat. Not happy with that response, we called Reece RV repair as another option. After a lengthy conversation, Todd came out to our site within an hour (as promised over the phone) and in under 2 hours, he fixed our issue. We cannot say enough about Todd's professionalism, politeness, and overall great person to work with. He gave some additional suggestions on how to avoid any further issues and I am happy to report our furnace has been operating as it should ever since. We HIGHLY recommend Reece RV repair to you. Hope we don't have to use him again, but if we do - we will not hesitate to call Reece RV again !
I called because my air and outlets were not working. Todd came to my campsite in about 30 minutes. Todd found some loose wires. He pricing was very reasonable!
